Falstaff's is the hockey bar of Springfield
Named after the owner’s loyal dog …
Local people ask about our name. Sir John Falstaff was a knight in three Shakespeare plays, and there is also a beer and an opera named after him. However, this business is actually named after my dog – thus the logo, a dog in a suit of armor.
Falstaff’s is the hockey bar of Springfield. Our goal is to bring you back to a time when sports fans came together to watch a game over good, hearty food and ice-cold beer. We are not a chain. Falstaff’s is a locally owned small business and always will be. The spirit of camaraderie that other sports bars, especially chains, have sacrificed in today’s world is our priority. One large television screen is proudly displayed for all of our patrons to watch. We play the broadcast loud enough for you to listen to what you came here for!
We prepare all of our food before your eyes, just like a sports bar should. All of our delicious menu items are inspired by food from other locally owned sports bars across the country. We pick and choose the best of the best, cultivating an all-American feel as well as unbeatable flavor. Check our menu for a variety of sandwiches and classic Midwest appetizers guaranteed to satisfy your nostalgia and your stomach. Appreciate craft beer? We have a wide variety sure to indulge any taste.
We’ll show all eighty-four St. Louis Blues games as well as the playoffs. Cards are also available, football and basketball, too.
