Inspired by the Broadway Diner in Columbia, MO and our specialty for the last two hours from Mondays to Saturdays, and all day on Sundays to cure your weekend blues. This distinctive layered dish is prepared with a layer of crisp french fries, fresh scrambled eggs, spicy chili, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sour cream with pico de gallo. Not just any burger. This one was inspired by a small bar in Des Peres, Mo. I don't know how many times they won the best burger award in St Louis, but I did run into Dan Dierdorf there one night. Ours consists of almost 1/2 lb of angus beef with swiss on a kaiser roll.
